![]() ![]() “I thought everything was OK until today when I received letters from Link Market Services telling me that the instructions for direct credit of our share dividends had been changed from the building society account we had nominated to our Commsec Cash Account.” It was followed by another email dated August 31 telling him no action was necessary to correct the issue. However, on August 27 he received an email from CommSec saying he had switched his accounts. ![]() “We have been using this account for direct credit of dividends for some years, and at no time have we sought to change it,” he said. Dora Creek, NSW-based CommSec customer John Moyse disputed that explanation, saying he had no intention of changing the account his dividends were deposited into. ![]()
